Like Nutella? A thread - My spouse is German, and spent a good part of her youth visiting relatives there. She remembers Nutella well, and thinks the current version with palm oil and loads of sugar doesn't taste like her memory of it. So I set about trying to recreate the Nutella of her dreams and she told me this recipe is IT! Video attached. 4 ingredients - hazelnuts, salt, cocoa and chocolate.
